Challenge:
Flower Child, a fast casual restaurant brand, was growing rapidly from a local Phoenix favorite with a few locations to a national brand with over 30 and had the aim of becoming a lifestyle brand. We needed to build their tribe with conversations beyond food and reinvent their promotions-based social and CRM platforms.

By developing a dedicated email cadence and social media calendar beyond promos and introducing UGC, e-zines, lifestyle content, brand partnerships and influencers into our platforms, we saw a 5x increase in email CTR and a 61% organic increase of social followers.
